Can you tell me exactly what items can go under Line 8 on HUD Form 93486 Surplus cash (loans and notes payable due within 30 days). |

The only items that are includible of the SCC for that line includes loans and notes that are payable from project cash and are not subject not surplus cash. Here is the data definition for this line.
S1300-080 Account Definition: Applies to any loans or notes payable that have prior HUD approval to be paid from operations cash. This account should not include principal due on the mortgage or loans/notes payable out of surplus cash.
