I hope all is well with you.  I need your help.  HHA got notice that we are in shortfall for 2023.  The Finance Team  has been sounding the alarm that this where were headed, but of course upper management was not attentive enough.  Meeting is schedule for October 11,2023.  Any advice you can give me I would greatly appreciate.

The Athens Housing Authority which has converted to PBRA two years ago and  executive position is open.  They have 240 units. This authority does not have or never had a HVC program.

Also,  where did you say that we could go to see audit for agency.  I want to look at their financials.

I am looking for the slides you presented in class that showed the difference in PBRA vs PBV I could not find it.  Please send to me if you can.

I will not move quickly.  I will wait on your answers.
