We noted the 2019 Compliance Supplement has removed Eligibility as an applicable requirement. Does this mean tenant file testing is no longer required for the program? |

Roza, it does not mean that. If you compare to the 811 supplement, it is retained there. I have a communication form HUD somewhere here that indicates that it was an error in printing and the eligibility remains a requirement. I guess I will have to search my email for that fact. However, 811, the twin to the 202 program does retain it.
