From Les Sparks: It is fraud and has to be reported. However, if it is what I think it is, then it depends on what happened. Did the client uncover it? Did it involve an employee or just a tenant? Give me the details and it will become clearer. All fraud is reported as a finding. However, the nature of the finding and the related CAP really depends on circumstances.
