We have refinanced our 2 HUD projects under one mortgage and owner. We also used funds from the refinance that building 1 owed to building 3. I am struggling with the entry for building one to show the loan being paid since it came from mortgage refinance funds. Do I have to wait until we start the new LLC in our accounting system to show the loan as paid? |
