For the REAC submission on a nonprofit HUD, Appendix E states that the mortgagor’s certification should be signed by an officer of the company if it is a corporation. If the auditors are retained by the management company, would the management company executives be the individuals to sign that certification? Or does it still need to be signed by an officer of the nonprofit’s board of directors? |

Hi Dana,
There are two places in the submission for certification. The management agent has a separate certification from the Mortgagor’s certification. It should still be signed by some official of the non-profit.
