Hi Pamela, A similar question has been answered in our FAQ. Links to HUD’s guidance can be found here: https://ahacpa.org/faq/reporting-requirement-prepayment/. The basic gist of the guidance is that if the client paid off their HUD mortgage, and that was the only requirement for HUD reporting & REAC submission, the prior full year is the last year a submission is required. In the case of your client, they paid off their loan on 12/31/2020. The submission for the FYE of 12/31/2019 is the last submission required. If they had paid it off on January 1, 2021, they would have to file for the 2020 FYE. In reference to finding the names of the account executives, you probably already know this, but Section 232 project account executives can be found here: https://www.hud.gov/sites/dfiles/Housing/documents/20210125_HUD_232_Portfolio_AE_Assignments.xlsx I apologize for the confusion with the previous ticket.
