Are there any discussions to further extend the HUD AFS filing deadline from April 30th? New Jersey Housing and Finance (NJHMFA) extended the filing deadline till July 15th. We have a client in Northern Jersey that will most likely not hit the April 30th date. |

We have not heard of additional deadline extensions. At this time we recommend you request an additional extension on a case by case basis through the applicable HUD system.
