FASS-PH How to Report CARES Act Admin Fee Funding?

The PHAs that we administer received CARES Act Admin Fee funding. As I am prepping the FASS-PH unaudited submissions for 12/31/20, I’m unsure as to how to report the CARES Act Admin Fee funding that the PHAs received. The FASS-PH doesn’t appear to have added any additional line items or detailed links. How/where should I report this funding? Thanks.

The PHA will need to report the CARES Act Admin Fee funding in a new FDS column that HUD has set up, 14.HCC – HCV CARES Act Funding (both HAP and Administrative Fee).

PIH Notice 2020-24 (attached) provides instructions on how to report CARES Act funds in the FASS-PH system and for quarterly reporting.  Appendix 1 (p. 29) of this document provides instructions on how to add a new column to the FDS. https://www.hud.gov/sites/dfiles/PIH/documents/pih2020-04.pdf
