On the audit that we performed for Adagio at Westshore Palms, HUD had an issue with cash that was shown on the balance sheet that was not directly related to the HUD project. |

From Les Sparks: Cash that does not belong to the project may be placed in entity cash. It is not unusual to have non-project cash on the B/S. I am not sure why they are giving you such a bad time with this. The only adjustment I would have made is to move the extra cash to the entity cash account. Les |
