I have a client that is closing a loan tomorrow, they have acquired a piece of a lot land adjacent to the HUD property that they paid cash for. They wanted to know is there any problem with contributing that land to the HUD property. |

From Les Sparks: They can certainly give the land to the project. However, if they do, it will become part of the mortgaged property and movement of that land will be restricted by HUD. |
