Maria Urlaub, CPA is a partner with Urlaub & Co., PLLC and has over 25 years of experience in governmental and nonprofit accounting. Maria’s experience includes auditing, fee accounting, and consulting services to numerous housing agencies across the country.  Through Urlaub & Co., PLLC and as a member of Affordable Housing Forward (AH Forward), Maria has provided technical assistance and training on financial and management topics, Public Housing Operating Fund and Capital Fund programs, the HCV program, asset management, and internal controls.  Maria has conducted several training sessions at various NAHRO state and regional conferences.
