Mr. Cole is the Director of the Funds Control Assurance Division (FCAD) within the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). He is responsible for ensuring HUD demonstrates progress with regard to Payment Integrity Information Act (PIIA) assessments and reporting requirements according to OMB Circular A-123, Appendix C. Before joining the federal government, he worked in professional services focused on accounting and financial management. He earned an MBA from George Mason University and a BS in Accounting from Washington and Lee University. He is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) and a member of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA).
