Section 232 Projects – This course is designed to give a program specific update related to the 232 program. Specific topics will include:

1. COViD-19 related changes to program requirements, including quarterly reporting requirements.
2. Financing alternatives for potential cash-out refinances based on new debt seasoning guidance.
3. PPP loans and program requirements (specifically implemented HUD financing documents)
4. Lender risk assessment tools and their implications for auditors.

This course is scheduled for 4 hours of governmental accounting. A basic knowledge of the 232 program is recommended.
