Subject: False Overdue Tracking Letters

The FASS-FHA team has identified a problem with the overdue tracking system. Housing issued a global extension to June 30th. It appears that owners who requested and were approved for a 30-day extension prior to the issuance of global extension have now been flagged as overdue by the system. FASS-FHA is working to identify owners who were incorrectly flagged, and to reset the due dates to June 30th. The universe is approximately 1800 Owners. We are also researching a mechanism to resolve any APPS flags that were incorrectly generated.
