Jim Harrison has been in the mortgage banking industry for 15 years, all in warehouse lending. Highlights of his career include streamlining a credit process for a nationwide warehouse lender that grew from $3 billion in assets to $10 billion during his tenure. He was also instrumental in assisting the creation of a new warehouse lending division for another nationwide program where he was responsible for credit, sales, and various operational functions. Jim has been with Independent Financial (formally known as Goldome) for almost 5 years and is responsible for adding new relationships as well as maintaining current ones.
