I wanted to confirm the implementation date for PHA funding governed by its ACC. For Housing Choice Vouchers, Capital Funds, and Public Housing would it be 1/1/15? Since PIH notices are used to make changes to award terms rather than the incremental funding notices, I’m not sure how to consider the new funding notices. |

12/16/2015 From Les: I believe you are correct. The scary part is you have the correct month and day, but the wrong year. Most of this was applicable for new funding cycles beginning after December 26th, 2014. Accordingly, UG was effective for all of calendar year 2015. If your client is a June year end, it was effective for just over 1/2 of the year. |
