Hi Les, We have a client that has a Section 202 Flexible Subsidy Loan. It does not have a listed CFDA. We found the CFDA of 14.164. which is Operating Assistance for Troubled Multi-Family Projects, which seems to be the most appropriate CFDA. The regulatory agreement was signed in 1969 and references that the borrowing is pursuant to section 202 of the Housing Act of 1959. We also do not see that CFDA number listed currently – it says it is archived. Suggestions on which CFDA number to use? |
