Hello –

Our client is receiving federal funding from each of these programs, neither of which exceed $500k, however in aggregate exceed the $500k threshold. Are we required to issue a report on compliance and internal controls over financial reporting?

Kristina, the only items used to determine federal awards for your client is the normal HAP money. None of the HCV funds count as that money is included on the SEFA of the administering PHA. Such monies are never considered Federal awards for audit determination purposes.
