Good afternoon, We have a new audit that is a non-profit entity with a section 8 HAP contract and no regulatory agreement. The previous auditor performed a single audit but there was no REAC electronic submission or REAC schedules included as supplemental information. Would the REAC schedules be required for this project? Thanks, |

If the amount of Federal Awards in in excess of $750k then the REAC schedules would be required. If it was below $750k, then it would be submitted as an owner-certified submission, then it would still need the REAC supplemental data.

And the compliance supplement for section 8 (14.195) does not reference the REAC schedules for electronic submission, or would this just fall under Chapter 2
