If a HUD insured mortgage is refinanced with another HUD insured mortgage, must the early payoff fee on the original mortgage be paid from Surplus cash? |

Linda, in general most prepayment fees are paid from proceeds of the new loan. However, if they had to paid separately, it should not be from project cash.
