Hello, Our client, who is a Non-Supervised Lender – is closing down operations at the end of 2019. I have found on FHA Connect that they should submit a request for a voluntary withdrawal through LEAP. Is there anything else they need to do? I’m assuming they do not need to submit the audit for 2019?

Kay See, you are correct in that they should withdraw. They do not need an audit for 2019 as that audit is for the net worth calculation is for the 2020 approval.
