Dear Les and Kathy In the past you have had on the website a set of for profit financial statements for ABC Apartments. Due to all of the changes effective for this audit period; will you be providing a sample set of financials to assist the auditors with their presentation of the 2021 HUD Audits? Your examples have always been helpful with presentation and hoping to have that support for the current year (2021) audits. Thank you, |

Keith, there are not really that many changes that would be applicable. Of course, the reports changed. However, even the revenue standards only added a slight change to the footnotes, which we had already provided. IF there are other changes you are concerned about, please let me know.
