Can the properties that received the false overdue tracking letters submit their AFS before the FASS-FHA team has resolved the APPS flags that were incorrectly generated? Our concern is that the submission of the AFS will close out the property for the year with the flag on the property and prevent the FASS-FHA team from removing it. |

Jim, I am sure this has already been addressed outside of this system. However, just in case… Overdue tracking notices were addressed by REAC and there is not supposed to be any issue for the client. If there was a negative response, we can contact REAC management to help mitigate the damage. They represent that there will be repercussions.
