Good morning, We have a nursing home that has a HUD insured mortgage. They also received and expended Provider Relief Funds (PRF) during the year. With the PRF reporting portal not yet available and the special reporting requirements for the PRF in the Compliance Supplement Addendum, have you heard if HUD plans to provide any type of extension for submitting REAC submissions for these entities? |

Tasha, HUD has not indicated that they are likely to issue an extension. In fact, during conversations with them they indicated that such global extensions WERE NOT LIKELY. However, they did indicated that any entity wishing to apply for an extension manually, would likely be granted the 30-day extension.
