Hello.

I am just checking to see if you will have updated auditors’ reports and engagement letters for 12/31/21 for the implementation of SAS 134, and if you have a projected date when the samples will be available.

Michele, the reports have to come from the AICPA and there is not a beep. Just keep checking the GAQC website. As far as the engagement letter, we have not seen one of those either. However, in that case we should have one soon.
