Wendell Conner currently serves as the Director, Quality Control, Office of Public and Indian Housing (PIH) Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 30 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. Wendell is a graduate of Arizona State University’s School of Accountancy and a member of the AICPA, ASCPA and AFERM.
