Quincy Riley is an Assessment Manager with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Real Estate Assessment Center. He has over 30 years of experience conducting audits and financial assessments to ensure program compliance.  This includes 17 years with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and 13 with the Department of Labor, Office of Inspector General.

His educational credentials include a B.S. degree in accounting from North Carolina Agriculture & Technical University and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Maryland.
