Nancy serves as a Quality Assurance Team Program Analyst, Office of Public Housing, Office of Public and Indian Housing (PIH), at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Nancy has extensive experience overseeing federal programs, funding, and compliance in a variety of settings and capacities including as a former non-profit executive, finance director for a local government entity, and as a federal and state auditor. She has experience translating federal requirements in the field working to expand the capacity of community-based partners and others through the development of guidance, the provision of training and technical assistance and by serving as a subject matter expert. As an auditor, she earned her Certified Management Accountant and Certified Acquisition Professional designations. She has a master’s degree in business administration.
