Justin Measley is a Principal at CLA, where he brings over a decade of experience in auditing, accounting, and consulting services for housing authorities, with a particular focus on Moving to Work Agencies, housing finance agencies, and HUD-assisted properties. His industry involvement includes membership in the Affordable Housing Association of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials. Justin holds a bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University and is a licensed CPA in Maryland.
