Gaby has extensive knowledge in financial reporting and federal program compliance testing and reporting, particularly for numerous HUD federal programs and entities reliant on HUD funding. She has a deep understanding of governmental standards and regulations, ensuring that public housing authorities adhere to the highest levels of compliance and operational efficiency.

Gaby frequently attends and speaks at government and housing-related conferences and events, sharing her insights on best practices and emerging trends in the industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy and is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
