FHA Lender UpdateThis two-part webinar series provides updates on HUD’s single family loan program, FHA and Ginnie Mae programs, and HUD regulations. There are no prerequisites for this course other than a basic understanding of audit theory. Who should attend: Individuals new to the Multifamily HUD audit area.

We will discuss overall impact of lease standards, monitoring by HUD, Financing alternatives for potential cash-out refinances based on new debt seasoning guidance, and PRF Reporting requirements. Who should attend: Auditors, owners & managers of Section 232 Leased Nursing Homes.

Tenant Files Update

Multifamily Tenant Files: This webinar will discuss the basic concepts of providing subsidy to tenants. Topics include: Overview of the subsidy process, HUD guidance and requirements, HUD online systems, and an overview of the rental process, and simplified sampling and testing strategies. Who Should Attend: Auditors of Section 8 projects as well as management company personnel.
