Multifamily Single Audit Update
September 27th

This Webinar will address the differences between a multifamily audit under the HUD Audit Guide versus one under Uniform Guidance. A basic knowledge of HUD audits is recommended. Specific topics will include:
- Basics of Uniform Guidance planning
- Applications of Compliance supplements
- Application of guidance where no compliance supplement is available. This is of particular interest for any NFP entity who has a HUD-insured mortgage, including how to apply the HUD Audit Guide
- Differences in reporting of findings and corrective action plans between the Guide and UG
- Required internal control over compliance testing
- Correlation of procedures between compliance and AFS testing
- Sampling strategies available for single audits

- Multifamily Update Auditors, owners & managers of HUD-subsidized multifamily properties.
Prerequisites: A basic knowledge of HUD audits is recommended.
- FHA Lender Update Auditors, owners, managers, and other financial personnel of HUD-Approved Lenders.
Prerequisites: A basic understanding of FHA-Lender accounting and auditing is recommended.
- Multifamily HUD 101 Individuals new to the Multifamily HUD audit area.
Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites for this course other than a basic understanding of audit theory.
- Multifamily Tenant Files Auditors of Section 8 projects as well as management company personnel.
Prerequisites: A basic understanding of HUD programs is recommended.
- Section 232 Projects Auditors, owners & managers of Section 232 Leased Nursing Homes.
Prerequisites: A basic knowledge of HUD audits and knowledge of the Section 232 program is recommended.
- Single Audit Update Auditors, owners & managers of HUD-subsidized multifamily properties.
Prerequisites: A basic knowledge of HUD audits is recommended.

- The fee for a 4 CPE Credit Course is $175 per person per Session ($150 for AHACPA members)
