Envisioning a New Audit Guide - With the HUD CFO's office signaling a willingness to address revisions to the HUD Audit Guide, we will take this opportunity to examine possible solutions to key audit areas. Marjorie will add her substantial experience to this discussion. New opportunities for auditing may include technology changes and other current issues related to project operations.

Single Audit Update - This session will contain a brief overview of the Single Audit process. We will then review the significant changes to the Compliance Supplements related to HUD multifamily audits.

Section 232 Update - Les will be joined by Jenice Saint to discuss reporting and auditing issues related to the 232 program. This is especially relevant due to the amount of projects in a troubled or potentially troubled state.

iREMS - What can go wrong? - Kathy will present the results of a training course provided to REAC personnel regarding issues REAC Multifamily electronic filers experience as a result of iREMS inaccuracies. Possible solutions will be discussed.
