Attendance Monitoring for Webinars

AHACPA uses a variety of methods to monitor participant engagement and attendance.

Attendance Tracking: Attendance for our internet-based courses is tracked through the Conferences.io website application. Throughout the course a 3-digit code will appear on the presentation screen. Each individual attendee must keep track of these attendance verification codes - even if viewing in a group setting. Three codes are required per CPE credit.

Interactive Questions & Quizzes: AHACPA uses Kahoot.it to provide participants with a fun and interactive quiz game. We also provide live polling questions on the course subject matter. These questions are answered using the Conferences.io website application.
