REAC Error Received After Log In (JZ006)

If you are a frequent user of HUD's REAC system, you know that sometimes it can be difficult to login - especially at peak usage times. One error I receive with some frequency is:

"Error Message: JZ006: Caught IOException: com.sybase.jdbc3.jdbc.SybConnectionDeadException: JZ0C0: Connection is already closed."

I receive this error after my ID and password have been accepted and I click on the Login button. I am working with the REAC IT team to troubleshoot the issue. They have informed me that I am the only person in the country that has reported this error. I suspect others are also receiving this error.
